Correlation and Regression were used to see the relationship and strength between independent and dependent variable by using SPSS package.
Presentation of Findings (Tools)
To measure the responses on structured questionnaire which was organized on Likert scale were presented through the Tables, Pie charts, Bar graphs, Line graphs and other related technique.

H2 A- There is a significant relationship between Employee recognition and Employee performance.
H3 0- If training availability is low, Employee performance will decrease.
H3 A- If training availability is high, Employee performance will increase.
H4 0- There is no relationship between Supervision and Employee performance.
H4 A- There is a relationship between Scope of the job and Employee performance.
H5 0- There is no positive relationship between Job security and Employee performance.
H5 A- There is a positive relationship between Job security and Employee performance.

Chapter 1 – Introduction

The problem were conceptualized based on the theme developed with analysis of literature review available, hypothesis, conceptual framework are included in this chapter. Study setting, population and sample, measurement, research instrument, reliability and validity of the instruments and data collection are explained.
