OBJECTIVES OF THE RESEARCH 研究目标
The following objectives are study on how employee motivation may effect on performance of employees as mentioned below.
To assess the impact of various factors within a work environment which motivate employees to perform.
To examine the relationship between employee motivation and performance of employee.
To study the impact of monetary and non-monetary systems of reward on the employee motivation and performance.
To suggest and recommend to improve employee motivation on order to increase employee performance.
1.4 SIGNIFICANCE OF THE RESEARCH
The distinguishing the difference between “Motivation and Manipulation” from management point of view understanding is much more important. Because most of the companies practicing manipulation rather motivation where as currently ABC also faced. According to Richard Denny perspective manipulation seems to be getting somebody to do something because you want them to do it; where as motivation is getting somebody to do something because they want to do it.
When it concerns on how to motivate people, in which describes the greatest management principle in the world, and that is,
“You get more of the behavior you reward. You don’t get what you hope for, ask for, wish for or beg for. You get what you reward.”

However, significance of this research was important because ABC quality checking operational level employees are in fact of identified de- motivation level since the performance of those employees got drastically down when it compared to recent times.
The different dimensions of significant of research study can be elaborated on following ways.
Industry- the ABC was into apparel industry where most of the companies which is functioning on particular industry having a problem of carrying de-motivation work staff especially in an operational level. Therefore, studies reveal the impact which it is effects on employee performance where finally ended up with organizational performance. However the results revealed to be pro-active in the business environment and industry.
The ABC view- Identified issues which were faced by the operational level employees to make them perform in better way by offering a suitable motivational tools.
Researcher’s view- To identify the root causes and recommend alternatives.
Reader’s view- this would be an added knowledge in the form of secondary data and a good source of reference.
1.5 SCOPE OF THE RESEARCH
The total employee cadre of ABC Company is over 900 and out of that 50 employees are directly connected with Quality checking operations of Garments. Due to the fact that management has found and recognized that high de-motivation has taken place among operational level of employees in production function which is related to the Quality division.(责任编辑：cinq)
