题目1：
Managing creative deviance without compromising respect for authority——不失权威地管理越轨行为
除了高级管理之外的员工做出越轨行为时会对公司的领导权造成损失，而公司也没有有力的措施处理这种情况的话也是非常有害的。这篇dissertation讨论的主题就是如何不失权威地管理越轨行为。根据现在的资料，dissertation研究了现有的越轨行为的处理方法、中层管理人员对越轨员工的反应和过渡反应情况和一些允许越轨的几个成功公司的示例。然后，公司还讨论了允许和欢迎越轨行为的一些工作坏境，比如科技公司。

An examination of the management of signal failures in the London Underground during the 2012 Olympics——2012伦敦奥运会时期地铁信号故障管理回顾
