我从小学开始就学习很努力，在我的范围内一切都很好。我被送到美国的寄宿学校时，我才9年级，是一个新的开始。致命的权利，它需要我相当长的一段时间来适应这里的生活。但是，但我不得不说，这正是教我渡过难关。无数麻烦的事情降临在我身上的同时，其中一些甚至打到我。

I don’t know exactlywhat I want to achieve and finish when I am old enough to make my own decision until the very day comes. But the moment I walked in Lehigh University, it occurred to me that what it is that direct me, instruct me, support me on my way in the past years.My ambition becomes unambiguous like a star through the thick clouds thanks to Lehigh University.

I study pretty hard since primary school and buckle down to everything within my reach.  I was sent to a boarding school in America when I was grade 9,andhave a fresh start. Deadly right, it takes me quite a long and tough time to get accustomed to the life here. But I have to say that it was exactly whatI faced that taught meto ride out the storm.Innumerable and troublesome business fell on me at the same time, of which some even beat me down. Ibustled myself in study and other things, struggling to handle them properly.Providence does not let down a man who does his best. I am experienced and skillful enough to conduct these affairs, having obtain partial results so far, which is proved by the grades I got last semester: my GPA is 3.7,the scores of SAT reading is 580, grammar is 600, mathematics is 670. I enforced my goals and became one of the best students in my class.

While my academic performance is prominent, I am not a pure mechanical stereotype.I love music and I started to learn saxophone since I was in third grade, which makes me a quiet qualified saxophonist. In many competitions I took part in, I was awarded the golden championship in my country. Meanwhile I was selected as the first chief in my high school and sent to participated a lot of contests.

Furthermore ,I make every effort to fill my vacancy by proceeding all kinds of after-school activities. It is  so pleasant to see others pull through that I am forward to help others all the time.It takes me 2 hours a week to teach the junior math, and some time spending with the people in the old people’s home, some time chatting with the children in the primary school and some time helping students cut their hair or repair the computers. During the summer vacation last year ,I establish an Information management system for my community, which is working smoothly now.#p#分页标题#e#

My parents are my teachers as well as good friends on my way of growing, to whom I express the best wishes. My father firstly took a job of electrics maintaining after his graduation, but afterwards he found this job was not suitable for him. After a second thought, he made the decision to quit the stable but boring job and enter IBM, became  a staff in IT section. Now he has found his outstanding merits and serve as a manager in marketing management. My mom is a meek but tough woman, who gives me to move forward when the difficulties seem beyond my control. She start her business from scratch after many downfalls in her work on  technology, consequently she has a food company of her own. Both of my parents are graduate from university, where they study hard and accumulate knowledge to equip themselves. They regard my schooling very important by saying  ”knowledge  is power, it is more valuable than anything else.“So you can see,I determined to study hard since an early age. Thank  my parents for the life they gave me in both physiology and psychology.

There are four colleges in Lehigh university, of which The P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Appped Science is what I admire very much. I am quite sure that the mechanical engineering your university presents to students will help me gain lifetime career in my chosen field, what’s more, I want to takecomputer engineering and commercial management as my elective course.
